Teradyne is the 900 pound gorilla of sophisticated automatic test systems. I can't disclose what we were working on, but it involved a large, very high-speed, high-accuracy mixed-signal bipolar chip manufactured by Analog Devices. The team was very large, and I did little circuit design. I was involved in specification, testability, calibration, Verilog modeling, assembly design, substrate interactions, error budgeting, and design review.
This project was on an extremely tight schedule, and involved frequent trips to the ADI facility in Woburn, MA.
